Competitive Salary: $47,428-$50,243 estimated annually (includes holiday pay & shift differential)

Life insurance: City paid benefit, 1x annual salary
Retirement: LAGERS
Paid Holidays: 11/year +1 personal holiday
Vacation: monthly accrual upon hire at the rate of: 2wks/0-4yrs, 3wks/4-13yrs, 4wks/14+yrs
Sick Leave: 12 days/yr, monthly accrual upon hire

Take home car policy: Officer must live within 30 miles of Rolla (as vehicles allow)
Uniforms provided: everything except shoes
Weapons provided: 9mm Glock w/light, shotgun, patrol rifle, Taser
Must be 21 years of age by the date of appointment
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must have a Missouri Drivers license by the date of appointment
Must have no felony convictions
Must be POST certified OR Currently attending an academy OR eligible for licensing as defined in Chapter 590 of RSMo
