Revised May 4 - State Supreme Court Orders Courts Suspended
The MISSOURI SUPREME COURT has Ordered that all Municipal Court Proceedings are hereby Suspended until May 15, 2020.

The Municipal Court of the City of Rolla is a subdivision of the25th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri, and acts as the Court of original jurisdiction in all cases involving violations against the ordinances of the City, as set forth in the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri, Chapter 479. The positions of Municipal Judge and Prosecuting Attorney are elective positions, and they, along with the appointed support staff, are paid as employees of the City.

All payments for court-related issues, including fines for traffic offenses, are now payable at the Court offices located on the 2nd Floor in City Hall, 901 North Elm Street.
