All requests for subdivision or rezoning require approval of both the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council. All meetings are held on the first floor of Rolla City Hall at 901 North Elm Street. All agendas, packets and related documents are attached to the meeting found on the event calendar.
Community Development is now offering ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW. To utilize our virtual services, please send a copy of your Building Permit Application and drawings or plans to administrative assistant Sarah West.
Please note: All contractors must have a valid business license in the City of Rolla before permits can be issued. Please contact the Finance Dept. to apply for a business license prior to applying for a building permit.
