The City of Rolla, MO (pop 20,423) is recruiting an Animal Shelter Manager to manage the newly constructed Rolla Animal Shelter (Shelter). The Shelter Manager will be responsible for the coordination of resources to ensure proper care of animals housed within the Shelter. The position will coordinate community engagement activities intended to facilitate the adoption of animals from the Shelter and encouraging spay and neuter programs. The Manager will also work with local not-for-profits in the community focused on animal welfare and fundraising.

Qualified applicants must have a combination of education and experience working with animal shelter facilities or organizations specializing in the management of animal rescue facilities and programs. Post high school education desired. Should have three years progressively responsible related experience.
