Article I - In General
Sec. 12-1. ICC International Energy Conservation Code - Adopted.
- There is hereby adopted by the city, for the purpose of establishing minimum regulations governing the consumption of energy resources in buildings and structures; known as the ICC International Energy Conservation Code, 2000 Edition, published by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., of which code not less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the city clerk, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated in the Code of the City of Rolla, Missouri, as if set out at length herein. - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after January 21, 2003. (Ord. 2596, §3; Ord. 2927, §2; Ord. 4120 §2)

Sec. 12-2. Enforcement.
That the code adopted by the provisions of this Ordinance shall be enforced by the building official/code administrator. (Ord. 2201, §2.)

Sec. 12-3. Penalties.
That any person who shall violate any provision of the code adopted by the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $100.00. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed as a separate offense. (Ord. 2201, §3.)
