On Wednesday, July 15th, the City of Rolla Sewer Department will be replacing a manhole ring and lid on Rolla Street at the intersection of 4^th Street.  The northbound lane will be closed. Flaggers will be in place. The Crew will be start at 7:30 a.m. and will finish at 3:30 p.m.
