The City of Rolla is accepting public comments on our Permit Renewal Application, Draft Permit, and Storm Water Management Plan pertaining to the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit for the five-year cycle of 2026-2031.  A public drop-in meeting will be held on May 14, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Eugene Northern Building located at 400 W. 4th Street in Rolla, Missouri.  Please click on the links to view each draft.  Comments can be offered until May 31, 2026 on the Public Works email: pubworks@rollacity.gov.
