Band Shell | Policy
The band shell located at the corner of 9th & Oak in downtown Rolla hosts numerous events throughout the year, and the recent renovations to the festival/parking lots adjoining City Hall, this location is sure to attract even more use in the future.
Pavilion Rentals & Usage | Policy
The Parks Department has 4 picnic shelter/pavilions available for public use, located at various Parks around the city. All of these pavilions (1 at Ber Juan Park, 1 at Green Acres Park, 1 at Buehler Park and 2 at Schuman Park) are open to the public from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on a first come, first served basis. Paid reservations for special events are also available, and have priority over non-reserved usage.
Skate Park | Policy
One of the newest additions to Rolla's park facilities, our skate park is located in Ber Juan Park, and is open to skaters year-round from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., weather permitting. Summer hours (June 1 - August 1) are 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., also weather permitting. The park is designed for skaters age 8 and over; younger skaters must be accompanied by an adult to use the park. Please note that this facility is unsupervised and uninsured, and that skating is a potentially dangerous activity. All use of this skate park is at the skater's own risk.

Tennis Courts | Policy
The Parks Department maintains 6 public tennis courts for use by residents and local school teams. These courts are located in Ber Juan Park, and were recently resurfaced to provide an excellent playing surface for years to come.
Fees
Athletic field Fees*
- Practice with lights: $25/hr (no lights without reservation)
- Practice without lights (reservation): $4/hr
*Fees waived for youth under 15
Tennis Court Fees*
- $4.00 per hour, per court
- $10.00 per hour for one court with lights (Must pay $4 court fee also)
- $20.00 per hour for all courts with lights (Must pay $4 court fee also)
*Fees waived for youth under 15
Pavilion Rentals
Half-day rental: $15.00/reservation
Full-day rental: $25.00/reservation
Schedule of damages beyond normal
