Band Shell
To reserve the Rolla Band Shell call the Parks Dept. at (573) 364-4278
Rolla Band Shell policy: (Printable PDF)
- The Band Shell will be reserved on a first come - first serve basis.
- A person(s) having a reservation with the Rolla Parks & Recreation department will have priority over those who do not have a reservation.
- Any damages to the Band Shell which can be traced to a specific person(s), that person(s) will be charged double the amount of the actual damage (See schedule of damages below).
- The Band Shell will not be used for money making events such as bake sales, yard sales, antique sales, food sales, etc., unless such person(s) has obtained a special permit from the Parks Department.
- Amplified music is allowed at the Band Shell. However, City ordinances apply on the loudness of such music.
Schedule of damages (beyond normal):
- Missing or lost picnic tables......$250/table
- Litter...................................$30/hr (min. 2/hrs)
- Lights left on.........................$5/hr. (min 2/hrs)
- Blown fuse(s) - 20 amp fuse.....$25/hr. (min 1/hr)
Other damages beyond normal wear & tear will be assessed to that particular person(s) by the Rolla Parks Department in accordance with Policy Rule #3.
