APPENDIX REPEALED TRAFFIC PROVISIONS
EDITOR'S NOTE - This list of traffic provisions is intended to serve as a record of those subsections which have been repealed from the current Code and has been included as an appendix for reference purposes.
The following items have been repealed by specific ordinances and are no longer valid; however, the section titles, under which they are listed, are still part of the current code and can be found in the preceding Chapter. Only specific provisions within each section have been repealed as follows:

Sec. 27-88. Parking vehicles on municipal parking lot at city hall.

It shall be unlawful for any person, except an officer or employee of the city, to park a vehicle on that portion of the municipal parking lot which lies west of the city hall, south and immediately east of such city hall, that portion which lies south, east and immediately west of the city hall annex, except in those areas designated for ten-minute parking.

Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M., and between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., daily, no motor vehicle shall be parked for a period of time longer than ten minutes on the following streets or parts of streets: None.

Sec. 27-99. Same - On certain municipal parking lots.

No motor vehicle shall be parked for a period of time longer than ten minutes in those areas designated for ten-minute parking and situated immediately east of the city hall annex.

Sec. 27-101. Thirty-minute parking from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sec. 27-104. Two-hour parking - From 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on certain municipal parking lots.

Parking lot by Schuman Park, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays, no motor vehicle shall be parked for a period of time longer than two hours on the municipal parking lot situated at the intersection of Fourteenth Street and Oak Street and bounded by Schuman Park in the city. Parking lot at Rolla and Seventh Streets, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., except on Sundays and Legal Holidays, no motor vehicle shall be parked for a period of time longer than two hours on the municipal parking lot situated at the intersection of Rolla Street and Seventh Street in the city. Parking Lot at Seventh and Rolla, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, no motor vehicles shall be parked for a period of time longer than 2 hours on the east side of the municipal parking lot situated between Seventh and Eight and Pine and Rolla Streets (Ord. 3316, §2) (Repealed by Ord. 3355, §1)
Parking lot at Seventh and Elm, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., except on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, no motor vehicle shall be parked for a period of time longer than two hours on the municipal parking lot situated between Seventh and Eighth along the west side of Elm Street except those three westerly spots designated at thirty-minute parking between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle registered in his name to be unlawfully parked as set out in this Section. (Ord. 1285, §2.) (Repealed by Ord. 3316, §1)
Sec. 27-106. Ten-hour parking on municipal parking lot at Eighth and Elm Street.

That no vehicle shall be parked upon the municipal parking lot located in the City of Rolla, Missouri and bounded by Eighth Street, Elm Street, Tenth Street and Frisco Railroad tracks for a period exceeding ten (10) consecutive hours, except for the four designated "Visitor Parking Only" spaces at the northeast corner of Ninth and Elm Street. Parking Lot at Seventh and Rolla, that no vehicle shall be parked for a period of time longer than ten consecutive hours on the west side of the municipal lot situated at the intersection of Rolla and Seventh Streets. (Ord. 3316, §6; Repealed by Ord. 3355, §2)
Sec. 27-107. Two-hour parking - From 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on certain streets or parts of streets.

Sec. 27-113. Ten-hour parking on municipal parking lot at Police Station on Eighth Street.

That no vehicle shall be parked upon the Municipal Parking Lot located in the city of Rolla, Missouri and bounded by Eighth Street, the Police Station, and the railroad tracks, for a period in excess of ten (10) consecutive hours. (Ord. 2491, §4.) (Repealed by Ord. 3316, §3)
Sec. 27-118. Two-hour parking - From 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on certain streets or parts of streets.
