We have a wonderful variety of classes to help challenge you on your
journey to a healthy lifestyle. From cardio and strength, to yoga and
tai-chi, our group fitness classes are led by dynamic instructors who
care about your wellness and want to help you reach your fitness goals.

Mind & Body
Our mind & body classes include classes such as different variations of yoga, pilates, tai-chi and more. These classes will help to ease stress, improve balance & coordination, strengthen and tone muscles, as well as many other Health benefits. Addition fees are associated with these classes. Free Fitness Classes
Take full advantage of your membership by attending one of the fitness classes that are offered free of charge for Center Members. With a variety of classes held from early morning to late evening there is a time frame to meet everyone's needs. See the Free Fitness Flyer for class descriptions, and times.
Specialty Fitness Classes
We also have specialty classes that cater to those who would like to train in a sport specific manner. Classes such as Indoor Cycling and Kickboxing can give you the intense workout you need to burn some major calories!
